Iliriana “Ana” Osmani is a dedicated family law attorney who represents individuals and families in matters involving divorce, parenting time, and other family law matters. She has always had a passion for helping others and the law, and practicing family law allows her to meaningfully bring those interests together in her work. She is committed to helping clients navigate emotionally complex situations with compassion, clarity, and practical guidance tailored to their unique needs and goals.

Ana began her family law career while attending law school, where she clerked at several family law firms and externed for the Honorable Judge Flannigan in the Domestic Relations Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. Through these experiences, Ana developed valuable litigation skills and discovered her drive for family law.

Ana began her legal career at Arnoux Sharma Standeford, LLC in April 2026. Since then, she has continued to grow within the firm, known for her thoughtful communication, attention to detail, and unwavering client advocacy. Ana works closely with clients to help them feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the legal process. She understands that family law matters are deeply personal and strives to achieve solutions that protect her clients’ interests while minimizing unnecessary conflict whenever possible.

Outside of the office, Ana enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
