Cassandra “Cass” Marlow Attorney

Cassandra “Cass” Marlow is a dedicated family law attorney committed to guiding individuals and families through complex legal matters with compassion, integrity, and clarity. Cass began her legal career at Arnoux Sharma Standeford, LLC in February 2023, during her first year of law school. Since then, she has continued to grow within the firm, and is known for her thoughtful communication, attention to detail, and unwavering client advocacy. Her practice is rooted in a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach that prioritizes long-term stability while helping clients navigate emotionally charged situations.

Before entering law school, Cass served as an AmeriCorps member, teaching sixth and seventh grade math at a charter middle school in New York City’s Lower East Side. This experience strengthened her commitment to service and shaped her empathetic, client-centered perspective.

Cass strongly believes in the value of mediation and settlement but is equally prepared to advocate zealously in court when litigation is necessary. She is known for maintaining clear, consistent communication with clients and ensuring that their voices are heard throughout the legal process. While family law rarely offers “winners,” Cass remains focused on achieving outcomes that serve her clients’ best interests and long-term well-being.

Beyond her practice, Cass is deeply engaged in the legal community. She serves on the Young Professionals Board at Ascend Justice, is a member of the Associate Board of Just the Beginning – A Pipeline Organization, and volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) of Cook County, advocating for the rights and safety of minor children.

Outside of the office, Cass enjoys attending concerts, participating in book clubs, and spending time with her partner and their two cats.
